Comment 1. This is unmeasurable. How many faculty per year?
Comment 2. This doesn't say who develops the plan, only that plans are developed. Would faculty be expected to provide official professional development plans, and if so, are these plans subject to departmental or administrative approval? Will they be made public?
Comment 3. Besides being unmeasurable, is this really a Strategic Plan Outcome. To me it seems like the faculty development plan should be a process that is developed by the department, the dean, and the faculty. It should not be public, but should be consistent with the strategy of the WCC Operational Plan.
