Instructors
For instructors developing new courses, or making changes to course material already taught, the MPC can offer technical assistance in the following areas of instructional development:
- instructional content analysis
- script writing and storyboarding
- selection of instructional media
- classroom presentatins on topics such as:
- creating Powerpoint presentations
- using classroom AV equipment
- using WebCT
Student Projects
Even though supporting the instructional activities of faculty is our first priority, the MPC recognizes its responsibility in helping students learn the presentation skills they need in order to survive in a technology oriented world. MPC cannot supply materials for student projects but we are glad to advise and help students with class projects. To assure that a project is for a legitimate class we may require a student to get authorization from their instructor before starting a project.
