When searching for online journals, make sure to put "war on drugs" in quotation marks, and also try using other terms than the "war on drugs", like the names of specific drugs and particular aspects of the war, such as prison (to give you a particular result), Columbia (to give you a specific place), or Reagan (to you a specific source of policy)
